It's My Birthday


Well, I finally started my routine again. The past two weeks have
been very uneasy or herendous at that. Like which way is up? I
know my way is up, but everything else is uncertain. On top of
that, it's my birthday. I wanted to go to the Park and exercise,
but my immediate family wanted to give me surprise B'day dinner
at a Chinese Buffet house.Nutrition is important and there's plenty
of nutrients at this place. It's one of those offers you can't refuse.
Well, I didn't.

SETTING GOALS

GOALS
Setting goals is important. No goals, no direction. They must have
purpose and must be specific. Some goals seem way too high; way
out
of reach; but they are goals. Attainable, reachable goals are what
most of work towards in during practice. The long term goals are
where hope lies and where we press on towards the
GOAL
