EXCUSES


Excuses! Too many of them. It's always something! Extenuating
circumstances! Horse$#!t Even though I don't want to overtrain,
something keeps telling me its got to get better, stronger, and faster.
I don't always like that an external thing or event gets into the way
of (my) progress. The thing I can't stand the most is ... guess what?
Baseball. Ugh! Boring! I'm Not probably thinking this song is about
me. The sport is ok to watch and play sometimes, but it's not fitness
or not long distance running. It's often not in shape at all. I'm an
Amercian. I Wrestled and played Football. So, what is that supposed
to mean? Wrestling was about hardwork (conditioning), dedication,
and most of all Commitment. We had the 3's Formula:
1/3 - Strength; 1/3 - Conditioning; 1/3 Smarts (brains or noodles)

PREPARATION


I can't wait 'til I get my Digital Camera. So, please bear with me on this. I seem to be getting close to getting one soon. Though that has happened before, I hope my goal will be reached. It will be one advancement for me in technology. One nice leap towards the future, for a change. It would really be nice to start posting photos of fellow running enthusiasts at the Park, instead of Pics from High School Yearbook scan ..Laf. ..But it's still on the same subject matter.
