
Excuses! Too many of them. It's always something! Extenuating

something keeps telling me its got to get better, stronger, and faster.
I don't always like that an external thing or event gets into the way
of (my) progress. The thing I can't stand the most is ... guess what?

me. The sport is ok to watch and play sometimes, but it's not fitness
or not long distance running. It's often not in shape at all. I'm an
Amercian. I Wrestled and played Football. So, what is that supposed
to mean? Wrestling was about hardwork (conditioning), dedication,
and most of all Commitment.
