It's My Birthday

Well, I finally started my routine again. The past two weeks have
been very uneasy or herendous at that. Like which way is up? I
know my way is up, but everything else is uncertain. On top of
that, it's my birthday. I wanted to go to the Park and exercise,
but my immediate family wanted to give me surprise B'day dinner
at a Chinese Buffet house.Nutrition is important and there's plenty
of nutrients at this place. It's one of those offers you can't refuse.
Well, I didn't.
