Okay, a little about myself. I don't think explaining extraneous circumstances on the difficultly in changing the way you look with an exercise and nutritional plan, is going to help in this letter. "Getting Started is the hardest part!" Despite difficulties of getting online, friends, family, work, schedules, and etc. Getting back on the 6WBMO Plan is vital!
I recently received my shipped order from Provida of a couple of new exercisebands. Every 6 Weeks I begin another plan. So far I have had two successful 6Week Plans. I am presently in the third week of my third 6 Week Plan since receiving my new exercisebands. I haven't been POP (Perfect On Plan) as far a nutritional intake is concerned, but I have had plenty of "tweaking" my plan. I have been consistent since the new bands have arrived up to now. I keep telling myself when needing to exercise, "18 minutes a day, twice a week is all it takes!" It didn't seem to bad to get up and exercise for less than 20 minutes. Remember, exercise is important in losing fat because "it requires lean muscle to burn fat."

Well, sticking to the 6WBMO Plan during the Holidays is the challenge. I hope your Holidays are happy and successful. I'm happy when I accomplish my desired results. So the next time when eating something unnecessary or unhealthy and you tell yourself, "I just want to enjoy life." -- I enjoy life much better when I "eat more of the foods that cause you to lose fat / weight!"
